Tatiana has personal experience with most of the health issues that stem from stress and trauma in the mind, including fibromyalgia and chronic depression along with the multiple side effects of these systemic responses. As a result, she spent many years trying all of the modern medicines, diet, and exercises recommended by doctors to no avail, feeling that there was a crucial piece missing. By doing much research on her own she was able to find information on the vagal nerve and how it is responsible for most of our autonomic responses. The health of this one set of nerves can make or break our overall mental and physical health. Discovering that mindfulness is the key to this nerve’s proper function she became mindfulness/meditation certified, trained in reiki, and will soon be certified as a yoga teacher for children and expecting mothers and as an EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique or tapping) practitioner.

Our Philosophy
We want to present everyone with an opportunity to become mindful, and therefore healthy, in all aspects of their lives. You don’t have to be a size 2 yoga guru to start. Health and well-being are the benefits of calming the nerves and becoming one with your body again. If we are stuck in Fight-or-Flight mode our body is on the defense sending all kinds of alarm signals to our brain, our body, and our fat-storing center. When we are able to calm that response our body will begin to function properly again, releasing stored fat, lowering blood pressure and stress, and relieving chronic disorders. Our mission is to help as many people as possible live better lives.
